For smaller needs, we offer a small batch option so you can still make the most of our freeze-drying service without filling a full run. Whether you’re testing a new recipe, sharing a run with friends, or just have a little harvest to preserve, this option keeps it simple and accessible. We’ll treat your batch with the same care and detail as our full runs. It’s a great way to experience freeze drying without overcommitting.
For batches that fill 1 tray or less (about 2-3 lbs.).
